Dedicated is built in partnership with Stone Relic. It lets you create and schedule a personalized message dedication, delivered as a single SMS to a recipient you choose, on a date you choose.
You may only send a dedication to a recipient from whom you have permission. By scheduling a dedication you affirm that you have the recipient’s consent to send them a message, that the recipient is not on a do-not-contact or block list, and that the content does not violate any law or carrier policy.
You may not use Dedicated for marketing, spam, harassment, fraud, or commercial solicitation.
Each scheduled dedication results in exactly one SMS to the recipient. There are no recurring messages, no marketing follow-ups, and no third-party promotions.
Recipients may reply STOP to any message to opt out of all future messages from Dedicated. Recipients may reply HELP to receive sender contact information. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You may cancel a scheduled dedication at any time before it is delivered.
Dedicated is provided as is. We make no guarantee of delivery; mobile carrier networks may filter, delay, or reject messages outside our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to use Dedicated, which is currently zero.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
